41. The F-Type V6 is better than the V8 for two reasons. Center exhaust tips look better compared to the quads, and the V6 just sounds better to me. The noise also fits the car better.

42. The Tim Burton Batmobile is the best Batmobile.

43. Car Spotting is stupid if it looks like the above picture. It even has a Wikipedia page? That being said, I would probably do that too if I could make thousands of dollars doing that.

44. The DB11 is the best looking car of the year. I just wish it didn’t weigh 2-tons.

I’m with you on 41. But in general we’re so enamored with power and things being “the best” that most people would go for the V8 if they had the money.

I’d be happy with a V6.

I share your opinion on the Jag V6. A Jaguar shouldn’t sound like a modern imitation of a 60's muscle car.

I disagree with this. They are both great sounding engines and it’s all up to preference. How great is it that we can have an argument over which performance Jag has a better sounding engine?

To my ears, the Jag V8 is more of a German V8 sound.

We are talking about subjective rankings of A E S T H E T I C S here, so I can’t prove anything. I just don’t think the DB11 looks very attractive.

I agree they both sound great. IMO, the V8 doesn’t suit the Jag nameplate though. The sledgehammer of a sound just doesn’t fit with Jaguar as an elegant sporty brand.

YouTube. Look at supercarsoflondon, Marchettino, I think even Shmee started out as a spotter. Hundreds of thousands of subscribers with videos with as many views with ads on them.

I’m usually on board with all your unusual opinions, but I have to disagree with the DB11. While it’s not Aztek ugly, compared to what Aston was producing until very recently, both it and the DB10 are just hideous to me. The V8 model improved significantly on the V12, but I still find it a bad design.

42. You are correct, with a caveat. It is best live-action Batmobile. I think the Animated Series’ car had a little better look to it:

43: The Veyron never appealed that much to me.

I refuse to subscribe or watch videos from channels like those, unless they’re truly unique and epic cars that interest me. Think Zagato and classic cars, and not your disappointingly typical Aventadors, 488s, and the rest of the bunch piss revving and doing launches up and down London and Monaco streets.

I could probably make a living or be slightly better off than I am now if I had the same fortune as those channels though, c’est la vie.

41. I don’t have a strong preference over V6 or V8, both suit me.

42. Batdance is a bop.

43. Car spotting is best if it’s done with old cars that only us Oppos care about.

44. The Aston is more than fast enough so weight doesn’t bother me.

Is the DB11 the best looking car of 2017? Maybe, but Volvos have better interiors.
